The Society for Benefit-Cost Analysis has announced its first European Conference. The SBCA European Conference will be held on 26-27 November 2019, at the Toulouse School of Economics.
On July 1-3 the GEOValue Community organised at ESA-ESRIN (Frascati, Italy) a workshop aimed at advancing the understanding and measurement of the societal benefits of Earth Observations.
The RI-PATHS team has concluded a highly interactive and participatory phase of the project which was dedicated to sourcing input from the Research Infrastructure community on key building blocks for developing a comprehensive framework on socio-economic impact.
CSIL authored a study, requested by the ITRE committee of the European Parliament, looking at how the goals for a renewed EU Industrial Policy Strategy could be achieved in short to medium term, with a focus on current and expected challenges for the EU industry in the current political context.
